My goal as a doula is to support women and uphold their vision for birth. I seek a holistic approach, recognizing that maternity care goes well beyond the womb and extends towards educational, emotional, physical, and spiritual support. I won't just check in on you occasionally during pregnancy; I'll be praying for you often, as well as sending along any beneficial resources.
I’ve been a birth worker for almost 10 years now. Not only have I attended a wide variety of deliveries— birth center, hospital, cesarean, and home— I’ve actually had each of those births myself with my own kids! :)
The first logo I created for my doula business was a lighthouse because I believe it perfectly embodied the role of a doula: to be an unwavering, reliable guide through even the darkest storms. The doula doesn't control the ship-- she empowers the birthing mother to confidently sail, through calm or surging waters, until she is docked safely back home.
Birth Support
DOULA SERVICES - $1,850
I currently offer one Labor and Birth Services Package which includes:
1-2 prenatal visit(s) in a location of your choice
Unlimited email and text support through the duration of your pregnancy and six weeks postpartum
24/7 text and phone support from full-term (37 weeks) to delivery
Hands-on, continuous labor support through the duration of your labor beginning whenever you need it, not based on a certain dilation
Continuous support for the first two hours postpartum
One postpartum visit in a location of your choice
Free access to my pregnancy and birth equipment including rebozos, birth balls, and massage tools beginning at 35 weeks.
Free access to my lending library of birth, labor, breastfeeding, and parenting books
